The Marketing Request Process
STEP 1: Submit Your Request
- Once you’ve selected what you need from the list above, click the GET STARTED button and the form you need will open
- Complete the form and click “submit”
- A new task will be created within Asana and you will receive a confirmation email with a link directly to your task in Asana
STEP 2: Task is Assigned
- Our team will triage your request. If you request a call, or if we need guidance, we will schedule a kick-off meeting to gather a bit more detail
- After triage, your task will be assigned and scheduled
STEP 3: Work Begins
- Work may not begin immediately, depending on where the task falls in the queue
- We will always strive to meet your requested deadline and will stay in communication with you along the way
STEP 4: Review
- When a draft is completed, we will tag you in Asana (or in Slack) to let you know
STEP 5: Edits/Revisions
- Once you’ve reviewed the draft you will provide feedback directly in the COMMENTS section of your task and you should tag the designer or marketer assigned to the task so they're sure to see it right away.
- Our team will make revisions and then tag you directly in the COMMENTS section of your task
- If multiple rounds of revisions are requested, the process will repeat
- PLEASE NOTE: extensive revisions may impact delivery date, so we ask that any content provided is approved and final when you submit your request
STEP 6: Completion & Archival
- When the task is approved, just let us know with a comment and we will close out and archive the task
- To see or reference an older task, simply use the Asana search function
